Technical Project Review - Solar Campaign

Are you detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about ensuring solar installations meet the highest standards of safety and compliance We're looking for a Technical Project Reviewer who thrives on precision, takes pride in catching issues before they become problems, and ensures every project is approved with confidence.

In this role, you will evaluate solar installation plans to ensure compliance with design standards, structural integrity requirements, electrical codes, and client specifications — reviewing system layouts, panel placement, and equipment selection prior to project approval. You'll assess designs against industry standards, verify structural and electrical components for safety, and provide approval recommendations before installation begins. Your ability to apply technical knowledge, attention to detail, and sound judgment will be key to keeping projects compliant and installation-ready.

What you will do as a Technical Project Review

• Evaluate solar installation plans to ensure compliance with design standards, structural integrity requirements, electrical codes, and client specifications.
• Conduct thorough reviews of system layouts, panel placement, and equipment selection prior to project approval and installation.
• Assess solar project designs for adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Review structural and electrical components to confirm safety and compliance.
• Verify system layout, panel positioning, and equipment choices.
• Provide approval recommendations before installation begins.

What We're Looking For

• Engineering graduate preferred; other technical course graduates are also welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of Solar Technical Experience in field operations, design, or proposal creation.
• General solar experience with US Final Inspection-related work is an advantage.
