The Role

We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to help anchor our Philippine engineering team. You'll drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate a local engineering team, and connect them with our global stakeholders across the US, China, and India. It's a high-ownership, mid-level role with a clear path into engineering management — and opportunities to grow into North America–based roles with visa support.

What You'll Do

Delivery & Project Management

• Own day-to-day execution and on-time delivery of engineering projects

• Track progress, surface risks early, and drive solutions

• Align priorities and timelines across cross-functional, global teams

Team Coordination & Leadership

• Coordinate, onboard, and support the local engineering team's growth

• Help build a strong, stable engineering culture in the Philippines

• Be the key link between local engineers and our global teams

Stakeholder & Process

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical tasks

• Improve workflows, efficiency, and delivery processes as we scale

• Support hiring and team build-out

What We're Looking For

Required

• 5+ years in software development, technical project management, or engineering delivery

• Solid understanding of software workflows (APIs, backend, systems, SDLC)

• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum and tools like JIRA

• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and multi-stakeholder management

• Excellent English communication

• Able to work onsite in Quezon City

Nice to Have

• Experience in software services, consulting, or outsourcing environments

• People management or project leadership exposure

• Interest in AI, cloud, or data platform projects

• Any Mandarin ability or interest in a multicultural environment (fully optional)
