Technical Project Manager

The Opportunity:

Compliance platforms don't manage themselves — and neither do the teams building them. We're hiring a Technical Project Manager who's equal parts strategist and executor: someone who can cut through ambiguity, align competing priorities across Risk, Audit, and Engineering, and keep complex delivery programs moving without losing anyone along the way.

You'll embed directly with our Risk & Compliance Developer team, owning delivery across a portfolio of compliance and analytics platforms. If you love bringing order to complex systems and get satisfaction from a clean sprint board and a stakeholder who actually reads your status reports, read on.

What You'll Do:

• Drive end-to-end delivery across compliance certification, policy management, audit tracking, and BI reporting platforms — from backlog to production
• Run the delivery rhythm: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and cross-team syncs that people actually find useful
• Own RAID logs, project plans, and status reports that give stakeholders real signal — not just green squares
• Map and manage dependencies across IT, Risk, Audit, and Application teams so nothing falls through the cracks
• Translate technical complexity into clear executive updates, with risks and mitigations that decision-makers can act on
• Coordinate releases, change windows, and post-implementation reviews with precision

What You Bring:

• At least 5+ years running technical projects or programs end-to-end — you've seen things go sideways and know how to course-correct fast
• Fluency in Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and hybrid delivery models — you can flex the framework to fit the team
• Hands-on experience with analytics or BI platforms (Power BI or similar) and the compliance-adjacent systems that feed them
• A reputation for keeping multiple workstreams in motion without dropping quality or relationships
• Communication that's clear, confident, and calibrated to the audience — whether it's a dev standup or a senior leadership review

Bonus Points:

• You've navigated SOX, Audit, or enterprise Risk environments and understand why the details matter
• You're familiar with compliance tooling ecosystems (policy management, GRC platforms, workflow tools)
• You hold a PMP, CSM, or equivalent — or you've just been doing the job long enough that you could teach the cert
