Panoptik Global is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT projects within the banking and financial services industry. This role ensures successful project execution by managing technical teams, aligning business and technical requirements, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and system implementation projects

- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets

- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, and business teams

- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables

- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and banking regulations

- Facilitate Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 5+ years of IT project management experience

- Experience handling banking, fintech, or financial systems projects preferred

- Strong technical understanding of system architecture and SDLC

- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage
