Job Description
Your Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects across the organization, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes that support how the business operates and scales.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams by managing scope, timeline, risks, and
- Own delivery across a broad portfolio of IT & Security initiatives that include network and infrastructure projects, helpdesk operations improvements and service delivery optimization, process improvement initiatives, implementation of core organizational systems, and IT policy and compliance rollouts.
- Apply the right delivery methodology to each project – whether Waterfall, Agile, or a hybrid approach – based on the nature of the work, stakeholder requirements, and delivery constraints.
- Facilitate appropriate project ceremonies and cadences based on the chosen methodology.
- Translate business and stakeholder needs into clear actionable requirements
- Balance delivery commitments, scope, and business value through informed prioritization and trade-offs
- Provide clear delivery status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and team collaboration
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Lead regular stakeholder touchpoint to review progress, surface risks, and align on priorities
- Manage vendor coordination and delivery when third-party providers are involved in project execution
Your Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing and delivering a mix of IT, infrastructure, or technology implementation projects in an organizational or enterprise setting.
- Demonstrated ability to apply multiple delivery methodologies and to select the right approach based on project context
- Proven ability to manage requirements across different project types
- Experience with SaaS platform rollouts, productivity tool adoption or enterprise system implementations
- Familiar with IT security practices, compliance requirements or infrastructure concepts and can work alongside technical teams who speak in those terms
- Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Results-oriented mindset with attention to both delivery discipline and practical business value
