Job Description

Qualification Have fundamental technical knowledge SAP Basis OS Database Azure Cloud and fundamental Project management methodologies Possess a rigor in timeliness and accuracy Can work seamlessly with technical team and PMs.Monitor L2 project plan updates prepare and manage level 3 plan CPS tracking level 3 tasks status
Tracking issue defect resolution in Panayya Service Now and any other applicable tools
Identify Risk Mitigation plan and seek for help from appropriate team.Raise alerts in case of probable delays showstoppers
Track technical documentations to ensure the on-time completion and meet required quality
Track the lessons learnt throughout project testing and trial cutover cycles
Provide Regular Update Status Reporting to client team stake holders
Setup regular status call with required stake holders take meeting minutes and ensureaction items are followed up promptly
Data preparation for Weekly Biweekly and Monthly Project reports.
Implementing SLS Change Management processes monitor changes made by platform workstreams and ensure documentation are complete.
Implement transport management adhering to the transport movement policies
