Job Description
Job Location: Bangalore
Targeting candidates from tier 2 cities of Bangalore and Tamil Nadu
Budget- 28-30 LPA
Training: Initially for 2 - 3 weeks the training will be in Mumbai office.
Candidate should be open to travel PAN India when needed.
Mandatory Skills:Tamil speaking
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee technical integration and transformation projects for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.
- Understand customer use cases to design solutions leveraging product suite.
- Provide technical guidance and solution configurations tailored to customer requirements.
- Own and manage the end-to-end product integration lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Act as the single point of contact for product-related queries and escalations during integrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) and external stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Serve as the go-to product specialist.
- Provide in-depth technical insights on how solutions can be configured to meet complex enterprise needs.
- Facilitate and oversee all aspects of testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure successful deployments.
- Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot issues during the integration process.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Project/Program Management with a focus on technical integrations or transformations.
- Proven track record of leading projects for enterprise clients, especially in the SaaS, APIs, or SDK domains.
- Hands-on with Cloud, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration workflows.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system design, and architecture principles.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Adept at mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Strong collaboration skills.
