Job Description

Culture

Here in RhinoBill, we believe in the power of voices from the ground up. Everyone—regardless of title, tenure, or background—has valuable insight to contribute. We welcome opinions, ideas, and feedback from all levels because innovation doesn't just come from the top; it's sparked by those who are closest to the work, the customers, and the challenges.

We also believe that autonomy breeds ownership. That's why we empower our team members to make decisions, take action, and move forward without waiting for permission. We trust in your ability to assess situations, make the call, and learn from the outcome. Mistakes aren't punished—they're part of the process.

Here, leadership isn't a position—it's a mindset. Anyone with the courage to speak up, challenge the norm, and step into responsibility is already leading.

Ideal for You If:

You're not just organized—you're a systems thinker who loves building smarter, smoother processes from the ground up. You're energized by innovation, unafraid to speak up when something isn't working, and ready to dive into strategic research that drives real change.

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, technically curious, and AI-forward professional to help shape the future of our software platform.

This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Customer Experience, and AI-innovation and other Software Developments. You'll partner with leadership, engineering, customer-facing teams, and operations to transform business challenges into scalable software solutions.

Rather than simply managing projects, you'll be responsible for discovering opportunities, validating ideas, documenting requirements, improving internal workflows, and driving initiatives from concept through implementation.

As our organization continues investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence, workflow automation, and intelligent software experiences, you'll play a critical role in identifying where AI creates real business value—not simply adding AI features, but rethinking how work gets done.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research customer needs, industry trends, and product opportunities.
  • Create product requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI and automation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership to deliver product enhancements.
  • Analyze customer feedback and product data to recommend improvements.
  • Support backlog refinement, feature prioritization, testing, and product releases.
  • Maintain product documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Drive continuous improvements across products and internal operations.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience working with SaaS or business software.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have
  • Experience creating PRDs, user stories, or functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, databases, or system integrations.
  • Experience supporting software releases, QA/UAT, or backlog refinement.
  • Basic programming or scripting experience (JavaScript, Python, SQL, etc.).

Ideal Candidate

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Love understanding how software works behind the scenes.
  • Enjoy solving problems through systems thinking.
  • Are passionate about AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Can balance technical details with business priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Take ownership, learn quickly, and continuously seek opportunities to improve products and processes.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Remote, Full-Time
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications
  • Flexible work environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning
  • Collaborate directly with leadership on high-impact initiatives
