- Conduct employee training programs, including product training, sales training, new product introductions, onboarding, and skills development.
- Perform research, marketing analysis, technical sales inquiries, warranty claim evaluations, and organize seminars and similar activities.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs on heavy equipment, diagnostics, repair procedures, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, videos, and other relevant documentation.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Support certification and continuing education initiatives for technicians and service staff.
- Collaborate with service managers, product engineers, sales teams, and other departments to align training content with current service needs.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Maintain training records and generate reports for management.
- Accept and perform such other functions as maybe assigned by direct heads.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical training, product support, or heavy equipment servicing.
- Proficient in developing and delivering training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and research skills.
