QUALIFICATIONS

• BS or MS in Technology Management or related discipline
• 5+ years of combined experience in product management, program/project management, engineering management, solutions and/or enterprise architecture, programming, and software design
• Experience scaled Agile framework a plus
• Exposure to DevOps: continuous integration, automated testing, cloud deployments, etc.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define initiative vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, platforms, and partners to design suitable solutions for the initiative.
• Help in evaluating tools and technologies to be used as part of the solution design/architecture.
• Develop execution strategy and maintain program backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
