Drive the planning and development of Shopee App platform capabilities and infrastructure, with a focus on improving development efficiency, product quality, and user experience.
Develop a deep understanding of business needs and technical systems, identify recurring needs and systemic problems, and translate them into scalable platform capabilities. Define product priorities and long-term direction based on business value, technical cost, and strategic impact.
Drive AI integration across App platform capabilities and engineering workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes, and build scalable product solutions.
Establish and continuously improve key metrics and monitoring frameworks for App quality and engineering efficiency, using data insights and user feedback to drive ongoing product improvements.
Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, product teams, and regional stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of complex cross-functional products and initiatives.
Continuously improve App development processes and platform capabilities, with ownership of overall engineering efficiency and App quality in production.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in product management, technical product management, or a related role.
Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical systems and engineering workflows and effectively bridge technology and business needs.
Strong hands-on AI proficiency is required, with the ability to apply AI effectively across analysis, prototyping, problem solving, and day-to-day product workflows. Experience with AI Agents is preferred.
Excellent cross-functional communication, collaboration, and project execution skills, with a strong sense of ownership and results orientation.
