Job Description
- Liaise with the internal business team (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary,
- Operations, Claims, and Finance) and external partners to ensure a
- Conduct requirement elicitation and system solution designing.
- Define the customer journey and ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate with the development team on project planning and
