Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end supplier contract process, including review, negotiation, signing, filing, and follow-up.
- Regularly check contract execution to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and risk control requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and related departments to resolve issues or disputes arising during contract execution.
- Handle supplier onboarding, evaluation, and relationship management to support long-term strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with the Technical Department based on business needs, taking charge of procurement related to IT systems, hardware, software, cloud services, and technical outsourcing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above; relevant majors preferred.
- Experience in contract management, procurement, or business negotiation; prior exposure to technical (IT/system/cloud services) procurement is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Excellent coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Logical and analytical mindset with solid data analysis capabilities.
- Strong sense of time management and good organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.
