About the Role
We are looking for the following presales:
- Security Presales Engineer
- Microsoft Presales Engineer
- ITSM Presales Engineer
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate cybersecurity and IT solutions.
- Design and present solution architectures, technical proposals, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Prepare technical documentation, including solution designs, bill of materials (BOM), and RFP/RFQ responses.
- Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from solution qualification to customer presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to deliver customer-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related courses.
Required Skills
- Experience in presales or technical sales roles.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT solutions, IT service management and cybersecurity.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, design, and present IT solutions based on customer requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience or familiarity with enterprise IT solutions, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure is an advantage.
