Technical Presales Engineer

About The Role

We are looking for the following presales:

• Microsoft Presales Engineer
• ITSM Presales Engineer
  
  

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate cybersecurity and IT solutions.
• Design and present solution architectures, technical proposals, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs).
• Prepare technical documentation, including solution designs, bill of materials (BOM), and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from solution qualification to customer presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to deliver customer-focused solutions
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related courses.
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience in presales or technical sales roles.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT solutions, IT service management and cybersecurity.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand, design, and present IT solutions based on customer requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience or familiarity with enterprise Microsoft IT solutions, data engineering technologies, is an advantage.
