The Technical Pre-sales Engineer is responsible for spearheads the consultative selling of Yondu services and products. Technically adept and have the business acumen to listen, collect, analyze, validate and secure the requirements/scope of work from an opportunity/client to propose, and present a solution to cater to their objective.
Minimum Qualifications
Main Skill - IT Solutions Architecture / Tech Sales - Minimum of 3 years experience
- Collaborate with Account Representatives in solution positioning for opportunities
- Assess, analyze and understand opportunity requirements, wherein he/she must identify requirement gaps that may impact the solutioning.
- Suggests process improvement through technology.
- Ideates technically sound and feasible solutions that will cater to the client's business and technical requirements.
- Prepares and documents proposals based on the conceptualized solution.
- Assesses and streamlines the scope of work to meet case-to-case win criteria.
- Translates and communicate business requirements to the technical SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) team to derive and finalize the cost and timeline estimates
- Provides solution/engagement risk assessment
- Research new technologies and best practices that may improve the quality of solution proposals
- Defend the solution proposal (internal and to the client)
- Attend client meetings and conduct solution presentations with Account Management Team.
