Job Description

The opportunity

We build commerce technology – point-of-sale, e-commerce, payments, CRM, and applied intelligence products – used by businesses across the Philippines and the region. As we scale, we need one person who can hold the full picture: what we're building, why, in what order, and whether it's moving the needle.

This is not a coordination role. It's a thinking-and-driving role. You'll sit at the intersection of our engineering, product, and commercial teams and be responsible for turning executive priorities into a focused, sequenced, and measurable product portfolio.

What you'll do:

• Own the product portfolio map – what's in flight, what's queued, what's being killed – and keep it honest and current

• Work directly with the CEO to translate business strategy into product priorities and resource allocation decisions

• Define and track outcome-based metrics for each product line (POS, ecom, payments, CRM, applied intelligence) – not just delivery milestones

• Run structured portfolio reviews: surface blockers, trade-offs, and sequencing conflicts before they become expensive surprises

• Challenge delivery teams on scope, timelines, and ROI – with data and logic, not politics

• Synthesize inputs from sales, engineering, and customer-facing teams into clear prioritization recommendations

• Produce crisp, decision-ready outputs: one-pagers, roadmap views, exec briefs – tools that get used, not decks that get filed

• Use modern productivity and intelligence tooling to move faster – research, synthesis, analysis, documentation

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• 3-6 years in a role that required structured thinking about technology products – could be product management, technical consulting, solutions architecture, business analysis, or a strong generalist background at a tech company

• Comfort reading technical output: you don't need to write code, but you need to know when an engineer is oversimplifying, when a spec is incomplete, and when a technical dependency is being glossed over

• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity across multiple workstreams simultaneously – you hold threads without dropping them

• Experience in or strong exposure to commerce, retail tech, fintech, or SaaS – you understand the domain well enough to ask the right questions

• Excellent written communication: your memos are clear, your recommendations are defensible, and you can write for a CEO as easily as for a developer

• Data-literate: comfortable pulling and interpreting metrics, spotting anomalies, and building simple models to stress-test assumptions

• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and push back constructively - you're not a yes-person
