Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical and service concerns
- Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and internet issues
- Provide step-by-step technical guidance
- Document issues and resolutions
- Escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Meet quality and productivity targets
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- No BPO or call center experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
