Technical Manager T&W, Philippines in Philippines - Your future position
As the
Technical Manager T&W (Flavour), you will report to Commercial Head – Philippines (Taste and Wellbeing) and will be based in Pasig, Manila. You will manage Philippines technical team and act as main point of contact for selective key accounts.

- Lead and manage the technical team to deliver on objectives, ensuring performance exceeds established goals.
- Act as the primary technical contact for selected key customer accounts, building strong relationships and providing expert technical support.
- Leading customer visits and product presentations at the customer's site.
- Serve as a strategic technical advisor to marketing, sales, flavor creation, application, sensory, and customer teams across multiple projects and applications.
- Provide direction from the local applications and/or creation standpoint to align with strategic Science & Technology (S+T) initiatives and innovation goals.
- Consistently participate as a local champion for new technologies.
- Oversee laboratory/pilot plant equipment needs within the capital budget to improve the ability to execute technical projects within the Segment Group, Creation Group and/or Country Technical team.

Your professional profile includes
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in a food applications laboratory, flavor creation, or similar technical environment from flavours of food-related industries.
- Prior experience working in multinational companies (MNCs) and/or matrix organisations would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, with ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
- Technically strong in various categories such as savory, sweet goods, bakery, confectionery, beverages etc.
- Strong customer interaction skills, capable of building trust and delivering solutions as a business partner with key accounts.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely engagement with the appropriate technical team at Givaudan.
- Experienced people leader, able to supervise and empower team members at all levels while effectively collaborating with regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Skilled communicator, able to prepare and deliver compelling, technically innovative presentations to diverse customer audiences.
