What You Will Do
We are looking for a Manager – Solution Architect to join our Anaplan Delivery Team.
The Anaplan Solution Architect will design best‑in‑class Anaplan solutions that meet the tailored needs of our clients. You will develop and articulate the technical vision to internal model‑building consultants and clients, ensuring delivery of effective and scalable solutions.
Your design will encompass data sources, integration layers, Anaplan model architecture, and user interface, along with coaching and training team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design and implementation of Anaplan models as a Solutions Architect
- Execute projects using Agile Implementation Methodology
- Engage effectively in client‑facing roles across various time zones
- Work in a hybrid model (WFH and office)
- Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and a positive attitude
- Train clients and internal resources with no prior Anaplan knowledge
- Guide customers in enhancing business processes using Anaplan and domain expertise
- Manage scope, timelines, and budgets, including handling difficult client conversations
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants
- Understand business planning and performance management processes
- Develop Proof of Concept (POC) models to support pursuits and demonstrate Anaplan capabilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed blueprints, including enterprise models, modules, lists, line items, and calculations on the multi‑dimensional Anaplan platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering or any Graduate with MBA / PG / CA / CFA (Finance)
- 10–13 years of consulting/implementation experience with on‑premise systems such as SAP BPC, IBM Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion, etc.
- 6–8 years of hands‑on Anaplan modeling experience, with at least 4 end‑to‑end Anaplan implementations
- Experience across Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, HR / Sales / Incentive Compensation Management, or similar use cases
- Strong Excel skills, including macros, large data sets, Lookups, and SUMIF functions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of multi‑dimensional data architecture
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams
