Star Infrastructure Development Corporation is a subsidiary of San Miguel Holdings Corp. and the concessionaire of the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR), a 41.9-km expressway that spans the province of Batangas, from the City of Santo Tomas to the capital City of Batangas

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the regulatory compliance and improvement projects of tollway facilities and systems to ensure safety, reliability, and adherence to concession, environmental, and government requirements. The role coordinates with regulatory agencies and stakeholders, monitors infrastructure and improvement projects, manages departmental performance, and ensures the timely resolution of operational, maintenance, and compliance-related issues.

Minimum Requirement/s:

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, or related disciplines
• With at least 10 years of work experience specializing in engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Must have 3 to 5 years of work experience as Manager/Project Lead
