Quoting Governance & Order Precision
You own the commercial accuracy of the project, ensuring every quote is optimized for success.
- Generate and validate complex technical quotes and orders with absolute precision in NetSuite/CRM.
- Proactively follow up on high-value quotes to secure deals and identify potential technical bottlenecks.
- Liaise with internal production and logistics teams to ensure order details align with customer requirements.
Partner Program & Escalation Management
You serve as the strategic bridge for the brand's professional network.
- Engage with architectural and electrical partners to explain program benefits and technical support tiers.
- Act as the final escalation point for sophisticated technical requirements that exceed standard support scopes.
- Provide continuous feedback to leadership for process improvements based on recurring technical challenges.
