Technical Lead

Technical Lead role:

The Technical Lead for our Digital Banking Applications will be a pivotal technical leader within our IT team, responsible for the technical vision, successful implementation, and operational excellence of our digital banking apps. This role requires a seasoned professional who can balance hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking in ensuring our solutions are secure, scalable, and continuously optimized to deliver a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the core technologies used in modern digital banking platforms and the ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Mandatory :

• Apple Pay Deployment experience/ Any Payment applictaions experience
• Technical Lead

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software development and implementation, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Proven experience leading technical teams in a financial services or digital banking environment.
• Experience with the Backbase Digital Banking Platform is a significant plus.
• Hands-on experience with digital transformation projects in large financial institutions is a major advantage.
