Your Role And Responsibilities
You will lead the software development of healthcare application platform and solutions for the transformation of client's Healthcare IT landscape. Our mantra is to work hard and have fun, you will be working with a team of dedicated & committed engineers to deliver the next generation healthcare digital experience across.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Translate business and clinical requirements into technical architecture and detailed designs
- Design and implement resilient integrations with internal and external systems
- Define and govern application architecture, design patterns, and coding standards
- Ensure solutions comply with IT policies, security standards, and healthcare regulations
- Lead development of solutions in hybrid cloud environments
Development & Delivery
- Perform hands-on backend development using C# .NET Core
- Lead implementation of microservices-based architectures
- Design and implement REST APIs compliant with HL7 FHIR healthcare standards
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers on CI/CD pipelines, release planning, and deployments
- Support release management, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers (minimum 3–5 years in a team lead role, minimum of 10 developers)
- Conduct code reviews and design reviews to ensure quality and consistency
- Coach team members on technical, architectural, and delivery best practices
- Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as client-facing technical lead, engaging business and clinical stakeholders
- Present technical solutions, trade-offs, and delivery plans to non-technical audiences
- Work closely with product owners and project managers to align delivery with business objectives

Required Skills
Required technical and professional expertise
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in software product development
- 3–5 years of experience leading and mentoring development teams
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder engagement
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with C# .NET Core backend development
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure native cloud services
- Experience with Containers and Orchestration (Kubernetes / OpenShift)
- Strong experience in Microservices architecture
- Experience in REST API design and implementation, including HL7 FHIR
- Solid understanding of application design patterns
- Experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD tools
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Knowledge or experience in frontend development (e.g. React.js)
- Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments
