Job Description

Are you an experienced Microsoft Cloud professional who thrives in operational leadership, governance, and service excellence We're looking for a Technical Lead – Microsoft Hybrid Cloud (GOC) to help drive the maturity, scalability, and operational excellence of our Hybrid Cloud services within our Global Operations Center (GOC).

As the Technical Lead, you will serve as the technical authority for our Microsoft Hybrid Cloud services, guiding engineers, improving service governance, and ensuring best practices across operational processes. This role goes beyond engineering delivery. You will help shape how Microsoft cloud services are standardized, governed, and scaled within a mature managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical ownership of Microsoft Hybrid Cloud managed services

Lead operational governance and standardization initiatives

Develop runbooks, operational procedures, and escalation frameworks

Coach and mentor cloud engineers

Support high-impact incidents and technical escalations

Drive continuous improvement of Azure governance, security, and service quality

Promote cloud cost optimization and FinOps best practices

Collaborate closely with teams in Manila and the Netherlands

What We're Looking For

8+ years of Microsoft infrastructure and cloud experience
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID
Experience with Hybrid Cloud environments and Managed Services (MSP) operations
Knowledge of Azure Governance, Azure Policy, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Identity Management
Experience creating operational documentation, standards, and governance frameworks
Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server operational models and licensing concepts is a plus
