Overview
Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and governance processes.
Summary
- Define technical work items and dependencies for CRM features and functionalities.
- Align with the Project Manager on business outcomes, delivery timelines, and scope changes. Maintain and update build plans in accordance with project milestones and governance processes. Technical Leadership
- Review infrastructure, security, and solution designs for scalability and compliance.
- Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements, test plans, and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Lead resolution of technical issues during SIT and UAT phases.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security standards.
- Provide technical mentoring to developers and junior team members.
- Manage and optimize DevOps pipelines, including CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment workflows. Team & Vendor Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical components on time and within budget. Assist in vendor evaluation and manage vendor performance to ensure technical deliverables are met.
- Facilitate technical discussions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support & Knowledge Sharing Provide user support during the Hypercare period and ensure smooth transition to Application Support.
- Document lessons learned and contribute to knowledge base and best practices.
- Train and onboard new Technical Leads on project delivery processes.
Qualification
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Experience in configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Proficiency in Azure, Office 365, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server.
- Experience with Power Platform: PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI.
- Experience with SharePoint integration.
- Strong background in system architecture, development, and integration.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and automated deployment pipelines. Familiarity with containerization and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
