Technical Lead(ASP.NET)

Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead (ASP.NET) to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in software development, particularly with ASP.NET technologies. This role requires strong technical leadership to guide a team in building high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of ASP.NET applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in existing applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in ASP.NET, C#, and .NET framework.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of database management systems, preferably SQL Server.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and participate in Scrum meetings.
