Technical / Key Account Specialist

About the role

To drive the growth and effective sales of the Low Voltage (LV) Products portfolio by developing market strategies, identifying business opportunities, and supporting solution and application selling in close collaboration with local sales and marketing teams, APAC markets, and Corporate Headquarters.

This position provides an excellent opportunity to leverage and further develop expertise in technical marketing, market strategy, solution and application selling, business development, and business analysis. This role is full-time based in our Philippines office.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective, long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed and accepting of CHINT complete product offering
• Generate and identify project opportunities from LV products and solution thru close engagement with customers and work collaboratively with Sales team to convert opportunities into orders.
• Ensure efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques
• Conduct and organize appropriate training interventions as needed
• Manage administrative tasks related to technical and product promotion processes and prepare reports in accordance with organizational requirements
• Responsible to handle technical matters relating to Low Voltage breakers, including Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs), Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs), Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) and other products within CHINT Product portfolio
• Ensure that all product applications and documentation are comply with applicable national and international standards, as well as legal requirements
• Collaborate with APAC Product Marketing to design, develop and deliver technical training modules for all CHINT Customers focusing on the value propositions and unique selling points of CHINT's Low Voltage product range
• Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and technical insights to the product development team to support continuous product improvement and innovation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Low Voltage breakers, including Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs), Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs), and Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant electrical design and engineering software with the ability to quickly adapt to new software as needed
• Good knowledge of applicable IEC 60947-2 and IEC 60898, would be added advantage
• Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective team player.
