Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Integration Strategy Development
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic plan for integrating healthcare SaaS products with the customer organization's existing IT infrastructure.
  • Roadmap Creation: Create detailed integration roadmaps that align with business goals and technological advancements between customers and product.
  • System Design and Architecture
  • Solution Design: Design scalable and robust integration solutions that facilitate seamless communication between SaaS product and the customer organization's existing IT infrastructure.
  • Architecture Frameworks: Develop integration architecture frameworks, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical constraints.
  • Technology and Tools Selection
  • Evaluation: Evaluate and select appropriate integration platforms and tools, such as iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Microsoft Azure Logic Apps.
  • Proof of Concept: Conduct proofs of concept to validate the chosen technologies and their compatibility with existing systems.
  • Implementation and Development
  • Development Oversight: Oversee the development and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize integration product solutions to meet specific customer business needs and technical requirements.
  • Data Management
  • Data Integration: Ensure accurate data synchronization and integration between SaaS product and the customer's existing systems.
  • Data Mapping and Transformation: Define and manage data mappings and transformations required for seamless data flow.
  • Security and Compliance
  • Security Standards: Implement and enforce security standards to protect data during integration processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all integration solutions comply with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring solutions to track the performance and health of integration solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide advanced troubleshooting for integration issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize business impact.
  • Documentation and Training
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, architectures, and configurations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to development teams and end-users on integration solutions and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SaaS and integration technologies.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes for better performance and efficiency.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with integration experiences and architecture design.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge around claims and benefit administration is preferred.
  • Fluent English speaker is a must, prefer can speak Philippines language (Filipino) as well.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Integration Platforms: Proficiency in iPaaS solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Microsoft Azure Logic Apps).
  • APIs: Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP APIs, as well as experience in API management and development.
  • Data Integration Tools: Experience with data integration and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration technologies including messaging (JMS), events, streaming (Kafka)
  • Cloud Exposure: Azure cloud is a must.
  • Java, Angular, HTML, UML, BPM, Modelling essential
  • Technical knowledge of Spring (Boot, Batch, Data, Testing, Messaging, Event)
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, maven/gradle building process
  • Experiences working with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of Workflow Engine (Camunda) and Rule Engine (Drools)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL Database (e.g., Cosmos, PostgreSQL), hibernate
  • Familiar with claims and benefit data structure and related industry standard, HL7 FHIR data standard is preferred.
