Role and Responsibilities

• PO analysis

• Dashboard reporting

• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the CAPEX and OPEX budget and forecast of worldwide IT departments

• Analysis of CAPEX and OPEX variance report (actuals vs forecast)

• Highlight un-forecasted, unexpected and overspent purchase orders to the top management and recommend ways to mitigate it

• Analyze actual spend, monitor variances identify trends and recommend actions to management

• Identify opportunity for cost savings/reductions to meet financial budget & target

• Review business case for large projects like new site fit out, site relocation and IT investment,

• Maintains database of all recurring and significant spending by entering, verifying, and backing up the data

• Increases productivity by developing automated accounting tracker/tools and coordinating information requirements.

• Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops

• Prepares monthly worldwide IT requisitions report with highlight of top spenders and above average unit cost per geo

• Maintain savings tracker & new security investments

• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided

• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
