We're looking for a motivated andmeticulous Technical Hotel Supplier Analyst to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer data, identify trends, and develop hypotheses for causes.
- Partner with IT, Revenue Management, and Product Optimization to test hypotheses.
- Translate findings into actionable tasks for the Sales team.
- Optimize how customers use API, data files, and services.
- Serve as Product Manager for API, translating customer needs into requirements and stories.
- Work directly with domestic and international customers
- Act as main contact for customer support and engineering issues.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work On Site
- 2+ years of experience in hotel/hospitality or hospitality technology required.
- Ability to read XML/JSON
- General understanding of basic API's and service-oriented architecture
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and personalities
- Use and understand tools for troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
