KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, passed licensure examination;
- Poultry and livestock practice work experience are an advantage;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
- Disease diagnosis and medicine prescription and conducts municipal wide seminars;
- Experience in food animal production/sales/technical is an advantage;
- Special Skills: has good oral and written skills, computer literate driving skills;
- Hiring for multiple locations (Southern Tagalog, North West Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct farm visits to customers with concerns regarding product quality and animal health as per request by sales team;
- Conduct farm visits to acquired customers to assess product performance, data gathering and feedback;
- With the sales team, conduct technical and product awareness seminars;
- Consultations via call with customers and technicians on the field;
- Help implement company policies/programs;
- Help train technicians;
- Work with sales team in prospecting of new customers and product presentations;
- Provides excellent veterinary technical services by giving full support in implementing programs set by the management to achieve better farm performance, management and customer service;
- Conducts regular visits to key direct farms, dealers/megadealers and distributors in the area;
- On time submission of weekly itinerary and complete weekly;
- Conducts municipal/private/semi private seminars to prospect clients in the area;
- Train Technicians to conduct seminars in Brgy level and educates them with technical progress report to the TESM and capabilities of IFMC;
- Participates in company related activities such as Vet Missions, launching etc;
- Conducts customer service surveys and prospecting;
