This is a full-time, on-site Technical Engineer role based in Cebu, Philippines. The Technical Engineer will provide expert technical support to clients, oversee project implementation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role includes evaluating project requirements, preparing detailed installation plans, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address client concerns. Regular client consultation and technical training sessions constitute key aspects of the role.

• Proficiency in structural analysis, project planning, and technical documentation
• Understanding of construction materials and technologies, including fixings and installation systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client consultation skills
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and deliver technical training sessions
• Proven problem-solving and project management abilities
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technical tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
• Licensed engineer (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work in an on-site, collaborative team environment in Cebu
