Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Technical Engineer who will serve as the key technical resource for vehicle-related concerns across our logistics and supply chain operations.
In this role, you will provide expert technical support to our Vehicle Processing Centers, diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues, and work closely with manufacturers, Aftersales, dealers, and logistics service teams to ensure vehicle quality, performance, and readiness.

In this role, you will provide expert technical support to our Vehicle Processing Centers, diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues, and work closely with manufacturers, Aftersales, dealers, and logistics service teams to ensure vehicle quality, performance, and readiness.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert-level technical support and remote diagnostics for routine and complex vehicle concerns.
- Analyze technical data, diagnostic codes, repair histories, and other relevant information to identify root causes of vehicle issues.
- Diagnose and recommend appropriate solutions to minimize vehicle downtime and repair costs.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, Aftersales teams, dealers, and logistics partners in resolving technical concerns.
- Monitor vehicle repair and resolution performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and conduct technical training sessions for dealer technicians and relevant logistics teams.
- Provide knowledge transfer on new vehicle technologies, technical procedures, and diagnostic methods.
- Support quality audits and ensure compliance with established technical and service standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and repair history.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with warranty policies, technical protocols, and brand standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in automotive technical operations, diagnostics, aftersales, vehicle processing, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with diagnostic tools and interpreting technical data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with manufacturers, dealers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to conduct technical training and effectively transfer technical knowledge.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling complex technical concerns.
