Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist II

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

10% Conducts orientation/ briefing to applicant institution
10%Check completeness of documents submitted
10%Review/Evaluate application documents for program registration as to completeness and accuracy based on operating procedures
10%Verify authenticity of the submitted corporate documents (for all program registration application)
10%Gather Technical Experts and Ocular Inspection team evaluation reports and analysis
10% Conduct site inspection using the checklist provided in the program registration application and the corresponding forms/Prepare Inspection Report Recommendation to the District Director for review and approval
10%Release the CTPR and Letter of Denial for the non-compliant application and the approved documents to the applicant Institution
10%Update monitoring report on program registration through google sheets. Input information in the T2MIS
10%Conducts post-orientation to newly registered TVIs and
10%Perform other relevant functions.
