Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
15%-Prepares the Terms of Reference, proposals/studies/research, and presentations
10%-Assists in the conceptualization of effective systems and procedures in monitoring the implementation of EBET
10%-Assists in the implementation and monitoring of technical cooperation programs/projects
10%-Assists in the development of systems, projects, and programs such as grievance mechanisms and inspection procedures for EBET stakeholders reported to be in violation of the labor code and other recognized arrangements
10%-Prepares internal and external communications
10%-Provides technical inputs and periodic reports
10%-Develops knowledge management systems for the utilization in targeting appropriate industry sectors
10%-Prepares budget proposals and financial plans
10%-Participates/attends inter-agency meetings/fora/conferences and
5%-Performs other related functions as may be assigned.
