Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist II

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15% Demonstrates intermediate skills and working knowledge in program management and implementation (scholarship program)
15%Prepares the Provincial Qualification Map (PQM) and monitors the implementation of the approved Regional Qualification Map (RQM) and other scholarship programs
15%Maintains and updates scholarship program databases/ SPMOR, and prepares reports and documentation
15%Coordinates with internal and external partners to ensure effective and efficient implementation of scholarship programs and other special projects
10%Provides technical services/assistance to agency beneficiaries by rendering advice and providing reliable and accurate information to clients
10%Assists in the conduct of research /studies to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of scholarship program implementation
10%Assists in the formulation of policies, procedures and guidelines relative to the implementation of scholarship programs
10% Perform other related functions as maybe authorized.
