THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: 20%-Supervise accurate recording of data in student's record
10% - Signs request for records of new/transferring students
20%- Oversees the creation, updating, maintenance and disposition of academic records of students
15%-Assist in the revision of various curricula, brochure, catalogue, school calendar and other requirements
5%-Attendance to correspondence and ensure prompt compliance with request of records
10%-Coordinates preparation of graduation
10%-Issues certifications, grades, transfer credentials, clearances and diplomas and assumes responsibility for documents released by the office
5%-Verifies and authenticates documents released by the office and
5%-Performs other related functions.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be an NC III holder
