Job Description

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

(20%) Assists in handling systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation
(20%) Assists in providing technical assistance to agency beneficiaries
(15%) Prepare reports and monitors program and consolidate data and other periodic reports
(10%) Responds to public inquiries
(10%) Prepare internal and external communications
(10%) Coordinate with different offices
(10%) Conduct compliance audit and
(5%) Performs other related functions as may be required

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

. Preferably NC and NTTC holder
. Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing
. Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
. Must be physically fit with good moral character and work ethics
. Good inter-personal relationships and work attitude
. Advance Analytical Skills and
. Can work under pressure
