Job Description

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

25% - Provide technical support in the development, implementation, and monitoring of TESD programs and projects
20% - Assists in the promotion and advocacy activities of TESDA programs, projects, and services through multi-channel engagement and events
15%- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to program registration, competency assessment and certification, and quality assurance systems
10%-Facilitate continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
10%-Assist in the preparation of strategic and performance planning
10%-Assists in building partnerships with industry, academe, LGUs, and other stakeholders to support the delivery of TESDA programs and improve employment outcomes and
5%-Contribute to the capacity building of partners and stakeholders through training, coaching, or workshops on TESDA processes and policies and
5%-Performs such other functions as may be authorized.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

-Demonstrated ability in program development and implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, competency assessment and certification program registration internal and compliance audit quality management system information technology promotion and advocacy, strategic and corporate planning, building relationship with stakeholders™ Exceptional skills in written and oral communication
-Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
-Good in networking and linkaging

-Willing to work under pressure
