We're Hiring: Technical Customer Support Specialist (Home Devices & Child Care Products)

Are you passionate about helping customers solve technical issues We're looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist with experience troubleshooting consumer hardware products, especially child care devices, home appliances, medical/home health devices, or similar electronic products.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Handle warranty claims, returns, replacements, and spare parts requests.
  • Process customer orders, refunds, and product replacements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Work closely with logistics, retailers, and internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience providing technical support for consumer hardware products.
  • Experience troubleshooting child care products, home appliances, medical/home health devices (such as thermometers), or similar electronic devices.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience supporting customers from U.S.-based companies or international markets.
  • Experience using CRM or customer support platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
