Job Description

Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, professional networking sites like linkedin, social media, and industry events.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, coordinate logistics, and provide feedback to candidates throughout the process.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and define the specific requirements for each open position.
