Role Description The Technical Buyer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu. The Technical Buyer is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing materials and services, requesting and evaluating quotations, and preparing and issuing purchase orders in line with project specifications and company policies. This role coordinates closely with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, optimal cost, and quality compliance for construction and development projects. The Technical Buyer conducts supplier evaluation, negotiates purchasing and contract terms, monitors vendor performance, and maintains accurate purchasing records and documentation. The role also involves continuous market research for new suppliers and materials, risk assessment in the supply chain, and adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Purchasing Processes and Purchase Orders, with experience managing the full procurement cycle for technical materials and services.
- Proficiency in Purchasing Negotiation and Contract Negotiation, with the ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining long-term supplier relationships.
- Experience in Supplier Evaluation, including assessing quality, reliability, pricing, and compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
- Background in construction, engineering, real estate development, or related industries, with the ability to understand technical specifications and project needs.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems and standard office software; familiarity with cost analysis and basic contract terms is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
