About The Role
YONDU INC. is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, identifying solutions, and ensuring the seamless implementation of IT systems and processes. Your strategic insights will play a pivotal role in driving the company's technological innovations and supporting its overall business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements
Conduct thorough analysis to identify potential process improvements and innovative technological solutions
Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to stakeholders
Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of new IT systems and enhancements
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure effective system adoption
Continuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
Contribute to the development of policies, standards, and best practices for IT service delivery
Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in the Information & Communication Technology industry
Proven track record of successfully leading business analysis initiatives from inception to implementation
Excellent understanding of business processes, systems, and technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, user stories, and requirements documentation
