Technical Business Analyst

About the Role
Marie France Group of Companies is looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and the IT team to analyze business processes, document requirements, support system enhancements, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Create process flows, user stories, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and system administrators throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support system integrations, API mapping, and data analysis.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and conduct system training when needed.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Software Developer, or similar IT role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in software development and programming concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- SQL and database concepts
- APIs, system integrations, and system architecture
- Programming knowledge in Java, Python, PHP, C#, .NET, JavaScript, or related technologies
- Business process mapping and workflow analysis
- QA/testing methodologies
- Tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, or similar platforms
