Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- designs and layouts electronic/print materials (publication, booklet/brochure, newsletter, annual report, etc.) for the programs under the Office of the President
- reviews and finalizes electronic/print materials submitted by the service contractors and prepare final artwork
- responsible in processing creative materials printing
- creates and prepares presentations of the organization's President
- prepares creative materials and provides technical assistance in the activities/events of the programs under the Office of the President
- collects and consolidates program reports and prepares presentation of the President's report for the Board of Trustees Meetings
- maintains and updates website and social media account of the programs under the Office of the President
- recommends and procures office related equipment especially for the programs under the Office of the President
- performs administrative tasks under the Office of the President and
- performs such other functions as may be assigned by the President.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in graphic design or any relevant field
- Minimum of two (2) years in graphic design or other related experience
- Administrative and secretarial work
