The position holder provides technical and administrative assistance to the Chief Operating Officer for analysis, summaries and reports, including technical and financial presentations that will address the requirements of the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The position holder also researches, prioritizes, and follows up on multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to the COO, including those of a sensitive and/or confidential nature; determines appropriate course of action, referral or response.
Internal Communications
- Works closely and coordinates with the different internal stakeholders on behalf of the COO for project updates, compliance monitoring and other project initiatives
Records Management
- Updates, maintains and safe keeps files, documents, reports and other official data or information
- Participates in preparation of important documents relevant to the requirements of the organization
Technical Writing
- Assists in researching market and industry developments as needed to support the operations of the business
Executive Support
- Tracks COO's tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects with respect to deadlines and organizational developments.
- Organizes internal and external meeting for COO, including logistical and substantive preparation
- Provides special project leadership and support as needed
- Manages the calendar of executives particularly the First Vice President for Operations
- Processes payments for all official expenses incurred by the President/COO and FVP for Operations.
- Serves as the custodian of the company credit card for corporate expenses
Travel Arrangements
- Coordinates international travel of employees including flights and hotel accommodations
Provides assistance in travel requirements as needed.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or any 4-year related course.
- At least 2 years relevant work experience in providing high-level administrative/technical support to executives.
