Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team at our project site in Taguig City. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of onsite administrative tasks, supporting the team in various essential functions. As a Technical Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Document Control: Logging, filing, and maintaining critical documents to ensure easy access and proper organization.
  • Petty Cash Handling: Managing petty cash fund onsite, including reimbursement and liquidation of expenses.
  • Reporting: Preparing weekly and monthly accomplishment reports, ensuring all necessary details are captured accurately.
  • Attendance Management: Preparing Daily Time Records and consolidating overtime, submitting them to the B&I Coordinator and HR for attendance purposes.
  • Office Supplies: Responsible for managing and ensuring the availability of office supplies onsite.
  • Other Tasks: Assisting with other administrative and technical tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Engineering Graduate (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Experience: At least 1 year of related working experience (fresh graduates may also apply)
  • License: PRC license is preferred but not required
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other basic office software
  • Other: Willingness to work onsite at the Taguig project site
  • Availability: Can start immediately
