Provides direct assistance to the Operations Manager in organizing improvement projects and critical plant information.
Provide plant management with factual reports and information to serve as basis in the decision-making process and support overall improvement of Plant performance.
Integrate the RAMCO systems and coordinate across different areas to ensure effective, efficient and continuous implementation and improvement of these systems.
Ensure coordination with concerned department to ensure common understanding of Plant agreed activities and critical decisions.
Review department processes and identify needed documentation to standardize.
Attend RCA coordination meeting and monitor summary of reports
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
With a minimum of 2 years of experience specialized in the manufacturing industry, operations, or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in RAMCO, ERP System, MS Project, Equipment Maintenance, and ISO Documentation.
With good communication skills.
Must be willing to be assigned to the Bulacan plant (board and lodging provided).
