We are looking for a Technical Assistant (Accounting / Engineering) to join our Cebu team.
Whether you're an early-career Accountant looking to apply your analytical and financial expertise in a new industry, or an Engineer interested in investigating complex loss events and developing technical claims expertise, this role offers a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in loss adjusting.
You'll work alongside experienced adjusters, gain exposure to real-world claims investigations, and develop the technical, commercial, and client management skills needed to progress within a global organization.
Your Responsibilities
Technical & Claims Support
- Provide administrative and technical support to adjusters throughout the claims handling process
- Assist with preparing documentation, correspondence, and reports related to claims activities
- Support the coordination and follow-up of claim files to ensure timely progress
Claims Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the claims management system
- Monitor claim documentation and ensure files are complete and properly organized
- Assist in tracking claim status and supporting day-to-day operational requirements
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, policyholders, and external stakeholders as required
- Respond to enquiries professionally and escalate issues where appropriate
- Support effective communication throughout the claims lifecycle
Operational Support
- Assist the team with general administrative tasks to support efficient service delivery
- Contribute to maintaining quality standards and established operational processes
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional Insurance Qualification is an advantage
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are welcome to apply
